Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel your sexiest and secure, so eliminating any hesitation shopping with us is important. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we will refund your goods by whichever method payment was made. For hygienic reasons, all knickers must be tried on at home over your own briefs. Any items that are soiled, damaged, or appear used will not be accepted for return. No exceptions.
The item must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. Returns are made at your discretion, we will not be held accountable for lost or damaged items. So please consider a safe, traceable method when sending items back. We highly recommend using registered post. You may return your item for a refund (excluding postage), provided that the item(s) are:
- Unopened *Opened hosiery will not be refunded or exchanged
- Tags still intact
- Item is not soiled or damaged

Refunds will be processed promptly once goods are received and assessed; however refunds may take up to 7 business days to post back to your account depending on your financial institution and PayPal.
If you have found you absolutely love your item(s) and they don’t fit, we are happy to offer you a FREE exchange provided the requested items are in stock. The return is made at your discretion, preferable registered post as we are not liable for lost or damaged items and must be posted to us within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. We will promptly re-send the new item FREE of charge once we receive the original item(s) back for exchange.
Items purchased with our gift cards are available for store credit/exchange only.
Alternatively, if the showroom is running within your return/exchange window you are welcome to visit us in person to make your return and or exchange. Please bring your returns form filled out for processing.
All sale items are not available for a refund or exchange, sale price is final.
If we make the mistake of sending the wrong item we will reimburse your postage charge via your payment method originally used for purchase to return the item to us. Item must be returned via registered post and your correct item will be sent out within 1 business day of receiving the parcel. Each item will be thoroughly inspected prior to sending, in the event we over look any faults or damages, the same policy applies.
